Funnel Review
Nice simple Clickfunnels optin page from Darren Hardy, a productivity and mindset coach.
Optin pages usually dont require much – remember you are just selling the optin NOT the sale, usually a good optin page for most niches will just need the following (above the fold at least):
- Benefit driven headline, subhead and bullets
- Optin box
- Compelling graphic
Design wise – keep things simple, one main colour and 2/3 complementary colours, remember you are NOT here to win design awards, your goal is conversions.
Leave the plaudits to the artists, you’re here to collect the cheques.
Suggested improvements: would test out a more benefit driven headline that “screams” off the page what the benefit of having a solid morning routine is (high above the fold), the first thing I see is “2×2 morning routine” which doesnt say much, you need to squint to see the subhead why I would need a morning routine. Would also have the bullets a bit higher above the fold too.
Overall – a decent optin page that will convert well.
Funnel Pros and Cons
Pros
- Does what it says on the tin, simple, unfussy design that does the optin page basics well. Has all the key elements
- Benefit driven headline
- Designer understands that an optin page is to be kept simple – doesnt need that much copy or design. Should ideally fit above the fold or very close to it
Cons
- Headline is a touch weak
- Bullets perhaps too low down the page
- Same goes for social proof – not instantly visible
